Holistic Management is the process of decision-making and planning that gives people the insights and management tools needed to understand nature: resulting in better, more informed decisions that balance key social, environmental and financial considerations.
In the context of the ecological restoration of grasslands worldwide, managers implement Holistic Management Planned Grazing to properly manage livestock - mimicking the predator/prey relationships in which these environments evolved.
Around the world, on 4 November(US time) in Boulder Colorado, and 5 November in Dubbo NSW a revolution will begin. A revolution to inspire us all to think about our choices, connect with our consumers and spread the message of Holistic Management across our local landscape.
Some of you will be new to Holistic Management, whilst others will be practicing Holistic Management professionals. Whatever stage you are in in your Holistic Management journey, what's apparent is that we need to connect to our consumers in a way that speaks to them and that inspires them to consider their choices.
Consumers need better access to the products grown by us. Farmers and producers need more opportunities to sell their products in a way that recognises their dedication to regenerating the environments we all depend upon. And bold brands, that are striving to make real change in the marketplace, need access to the raw materials that will enable them to deliver environmentally-enhancing products everyone can feel proud of.
The Holistic Management Conference is part of this movement and we want you to share it with us.
Come and hear about the innovations and solutions that practicing HM professionals have sourced and are implementing. Connect with people like you who want to be a part of something bigger that will impact the world and ignite a Consumer Revolution. With your insight and dialogue you can help us craft a better future for all.
