The Co-operative's core activity is EOV (Ecological Outcome Verification) – a scientific measurement of the health of farmland over time. Our members receive training, mentoring, promotion, courses and field days. They produce their meat, wool, eggs, vegetables, wine and fruit from ecologically regenerating land, and also offer regenerative training, art, gifts and farmstays. The Co-op is a Hub of the Savory Institute, whose mission is the large-scale regeneration of the world's degraded grasslands through Holistic Management.
